It appears to say that Mata Maria Hernandez found herself with a severe incurable disease or illness and prayed to her patron saint Virgen de Rosaio de Talpafor improvement. This she was granted and hence the ex-voto was granted as a gift of appreciation. Date appears to be 1897. Fair condition
